Bayraklı is a district (fethiye.net.tr) of İzmir Province in Turkey. To the northwest and north lies Karşıyaka, to the east and south lies Bornova, to the southwest lies Konak District, and to the west lies the Gulf of İzmir.

It is the second smallest district in İzmir in terms of area. It became a district in 2008. The district, which is İzmir's new city center, has many skyscrapers.
